SZP Series

Hot Die Forging Press
◎ 400-2500 Tons
◎ The SZP-800 frame is constructed from Q235 steel, with seamless CO₂ welding. It undergoes non-destructive testing, delivering 1.4x higher overall strength than conventional steel, followed by normalizing to eliminate internal stress.
Performance Features
◎ During forging operation, the reciprocating accuracy of the slider at bottom dead center (BDC) is maintained within ±0.1mm even under rigid frame deformation.
◎ Features a double-layer 8-sided guide rail system: the perpendicularity of slider guide rails to the worktable is 0.05/100, the parallelism and verticality of the slider is 0.11/1000, and the parallelism between the shaft hole and worktable plane is ±0.03mm (assembly accuracy: 0.23/1000). With excellent eccentric load resistance, it supports multi-station forging operations.
◎ Equipped with an eccentric shaft flywheel transmission system. The connecting rod and eccentric shaft are forged from 42CrMo steel, tempered at T300, delivering exceptional rigidity and toughness. The surface roughness of all bearings is Ra 1.6-3.2, ensuring outstanding resistance to eccentric loads. Copper sleeves at the eccentric shaft, connecting rod and other key positions are fitted with temperature monitoring devices: an alarm and automatic shutdown will be triggered if the temperature exceeds the set threshold.
◎ The clutch and brake adopt a high-efficiency dual friction plate design, which significantly increases torque output, outperforming conventional equipment. It effectively enhances striking force, ensures precise top dead center (TDC) positioning for hot forging presses, and achieves a kinetic energy coefficient of 1, leading the industry.
